How we handle your information

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect what you type into it:

• Name and email address (required)
• Organisation, role, and area of interest (optional)
• Your message
• The date and time of submission

We don't use analytics cookies or advertising trackers on this site. Cloudflare, our hosting and security provider, processes standard connection metadata (like IP address) as part of delivering the site and running Turnstile, the CAPTCHA widget on the contact form that checks you're not a bot — this happens for every visitor to any Cloudflare-protected site and is covered byCloudflare's own privacy policy, not something we configure ourselves.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your inquiry — evaluating a RoadGuard pilot, a partnership, or general questions about KshetraIQ. We don't use it for marketing, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.

Where it's stored

Submissions are stored in two places:

• A private database on our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare), as a durable backup.
• A private Google Sheet in our company Google account, which is how our team actually reviews and responds to inquiries day-to-day.

Both are private and accessible only to KshetraIQ's founders. Neither is public or indexed by search engines.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as they're useful for follow-up, and don't currently run an automatic deletion schedule. If you'd like your submission deleted, email us (below) and we'll remove it.

Your options

You can ask us what we have on file, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time — just email hello@kshetraiq.com.
